Marta Aragão is an entrepreneur, Founder & CEO with 25+ years across
the translation, communications and creative industries, transforming
how words and ideas connect people and businesses. She founded Inpokulis
Translations, Descomunal Marketing & Communication, and SOU
Creative Production Lab, designing innovative models that blend
technology, creativity and human value.
An early adopter and AI enthusiast, Marta applies AI to leadership,
productivity and growth, with a firm focus on positive impact and
meaningful differentiation. She is passionate about women’s leadership
and social entrepreneurship.
Marta values the integration of purpose, equity and social impact into
business success. She founded Associação Rede Mulher Líder and the ME
TIME network to support women entrepreneurs and strengthen their role in
society. She actively collaborates with professional and business
associations at local, national and international levels, contributing
to strategic transformation across the sectors where she operates.
Her leadership is both creative and strategic—anticipating trends,
integrating technology and elevating services to the next level, always
with communities at the centre.
