Flor Dos Reis is a community and ecosystem builder based in the Algarve. She leads LOFT Community, a network of +650 remote professionals across Loulé, Olhão, Faro, and Tavira.

Through Flourish Mode, she develops and collabs on projects around remote work and community, like Nomad World Fest & AlenteJourney.

She is also co-founder of SUMA, a startup born in the StartUp Weekend Albufeira now selected for Web Summit’s StartUp Showcase.
